The 鈥淧romise鈥� Intersegmental Affordable Student Housing Building is a collaborative project between UC鈥疢erced and 吃瓜头条, designed to support the transition of 吃瓜头条 transfer students into UC Merced鈥檚 academic community.

- Located on UC Merced鈥檚 Campus 鈥� Promise Housing is situated directly on the UC Merced campus on Bellevue Road, adjacent to existing residence halls and campus infrastructure.
- Direct Access to UC Merced Resources 鈥� Residents benefit from proximity to UC Merced academic buildings, student services, campus programming, and transit systems.
- Transit-Supported Connectivity 鈥� Students have access to UC Merced transit services and city bus routes, with additional bike infrastructure improvements underway between campuses.
