吃瓜头条 Celebrates First Lavender Graduation

That was the goal and the point behind the inaugural Lavender Graduation celebration for LGBTQIA+ students at 吃瓜头条 on April 26. 吃瓜头条 sophomore Lukas Hammett, a transgender man, pushed for an event where people could applaud LGBTQIA+ students for their accomplishments.

Published:During the Vietnam War, 58,281 men and women made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, communities across the nation have the opportunity to honor their bravery by visiting The Wall That Heals. This year, nearly 100 communities vied for the privilege of hosting The Wall That Heals, and 吃瓜头条 is proud to be among the 33 selected. Starting March 28, with opening ceremonies at 10 a.m., until March 31, the college will host the three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, accompanied by a mobile education center.

Given her impact, the feminist icon鈥檚 life is one that deserves reexamination, including the artistic kind. 吃瓜头条 Performing Arts students will offer that opportunity during their spring production of the Emily Mann-penned play entitled 鈥淕loria: A Life.鈥
